Bay Point Campground’s 184-site seasonal campground offers all the comforts of home combined with all the wonderful benefits and amenities of the resort lifestyle. The campground features completed hook-ups with electric, city water and sewer, parking area and room for a deck or porch. The sandy beaches, waterfront dining, outdoor activities and recreation, Summer entertainment and special events are all included with a Bay Point campground membership.

General Policies & Information
- Campsite check-in: 2 p.m.
- Campsite check-out: 11 a.m.
- Pets are allowed.
- The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
- For late arrival arrangements, please contact our Reservation Department at (800) 585-7660.
- Two-hour early check-in for your reservation may be available for $30. Please contact the management office, in advance of your arrival, to inquire about availability.

Reservation & Payment Policies
- Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of one night rack rate. Any remaining balance will be due on arrival.
- If you cancel your reservation 14 or more days prior to arrival, you will be charged a $25 administrative fee.
- If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of arrival, you will forfeit your deposit, up to a maximum of one night rack rate.
- RV sites and lodging typically accommodate four guests. A guest fee is added per day to the reservation rate for each additional guest over four.
- Additional guests are $10/night.
- If I used a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, I authorize MHC Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incurred during my stay to that credit card or apply funds you have on deposit with us against what I owe.
Campground Services & Information
- WiFi available from Camplink for a fee. Packages available for daily, weekly, monthly and 6 month stays. Ask us about pricing.
