Hours
- Check-in time for rentals (cottages, travel trailers, and hotel): 4 p.m.
- Check-in time for RVs: 12 noon
- Check-out time (all): 11 a.m.
- You may request to check-out at 3 p.m. (subject to availability) for an additional fee. Advance arrangement with the registration office is required.
Check-in/Check-out
- Minimum check-in age is 18 years.
- Guests aged 12 years and under at the time of check-in are considered children.
- Two-hour early check-in for your reservation may be available for $30. Please contact the management office, in advance of your arrival, to inquire about availability.
- Two-hour late check-out for your reservation may be available for $30. Please contact the management office, in advance of your arrival, to inquire about availability.
After Hours Arrival

RV guests arriving after hours must contact the registration office by 5 p.m. to make special arrangements.
Reservation Policies
- The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
- RV sites and lodging typically accommodate four guests. A guest fee is added per day to the reservation rate for each additional guest over four.
- Pop-ups and truck campers allowed as long as they are certified RVs. No tents Allowed.
- For late arrival arrangements, please contact our Reservation Department at (800) 852-0348.
- To make changes to your reservation, please call our Reservation Department at (877) 864-2728 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
- Policies subject to change without notice.
- Long Term (aka seasonal, extended stay) is defined as a stay of one month or more.
- By using a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, you agree to the following: I authorize MHC Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incurred during my stay to that credit card or apply funds I have on deposit with MHC Property Management L.P. against what I owe.
Deposit and Payment Schedule
Daily
- Your credit card will be charged one night rack rate prior to arrival.
- Balance due on reservation start date.
1 to 3 Months
- One month deposit, not to exceed $1,000, is due at time of reservation.
- Balance due on reservation start date.
4 to 5 Months
- One month deposit, not to exceed $1,000, is due at time of reservation.
- 50% of balance is due on reservation start date.
- Final balance due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation.
6 months or longer
- One month deposit, not to exceed $1,000, is due at time of reservation.
- 50% of balance due on reservation start date.
- 25% of balance due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation.
- Final balance is due on 1st day of 3rd month of reservation.
Annual
- Park Model/Tied Down accommodations - One month deposit is required for new guests.
- RV annuals - One month deposit is required.
- Monthly payment schedule for annual reservations is subject to good credit history and credit card agreement on file.
- The method of payment for deposits is credit or debit card. If deposit is made in person, cash and/or check are acceptable.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Refunds will not be granted for no shows or for early departure.
- RV campsites: We allow full refunds for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
- Rental accommodations: We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
- Daily and weekly reservations: For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited up to one night rack rate.
- Extended stays: For long-term reservations (28 days or longer), we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, the deposit amount will be held on account for a future stay.
Pet Policy
- Pets are permitted.
- No more than two (2) common household pets (e.g., cats and dogs) may be kept on any site. No other animals, livestock, poultry, reptiles or insects of any kind shall be kept on any site. No dangerous, aggressive or poisonous pets of any kind are permitted.

- Pet policy for rental accommodations: Pets are welcome. For those who camp with pets, there is a pet fee of $10 per pet per night for our pet-friendly rental units. The fee may vary at select properties. Service animals are not pets. The Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding service animals. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Guests traveling with a service animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a service animal damage the rental unit.
Campground Services & Information
- Although we try our best to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee a specific site number.
- No smoking allowed in rentals.
- Pets allowed in specified rentals only.
- High speed Internet provided by Jabba Internet for a fee.
- All boat trailers and jet skis must be registered at the Front Desk at check-in.
- Metered electric is charged to all guests staying 1 month or longer.
- Please do not use toilet chemicals that contain formaldehydes as they damage our treatment plant.
- Sites are for registered guests only. Subletting sites is not permitted.
- Only electric golf carts allowed. All guests must register their golf carts upon arrival and must be a licensed driver to operate a golf cart on property. Gas powered golf carts are not allowed.
- The following flags are allowed to be displayed at your site and throughout the campground/resort: American, Canadian, Military, including Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Coast Guard, POW, MIA, and veterans, sports and decorative flags such as holiday, seasonal or garden.
